We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. The bank will never request personal or confidential information over the Internet, by phone, or by electronic mail. Customers should never send confidential bank information by electronic mail.

Information will be released only after a legal search warrant, court subpoena or written certificate of compliance is received. The customer shall be entitled to inspect this information unless a court order blocks the customers right to this information.
